FrENch ToaSt WiTh ChILLi TiKia


Well how many of you are worried of making simple innovative and also tasty foods for everyday? Well we can’t always afford to have junk foods as evening snacks, not only it increase extra calorie but also makes an alarming condition to your daily expenses. So here is a simple and delicious recipe for your family and friends. It takes around 10 minutes to cook and extremely easy and on the other hand spicy and tasty delicacy for evening snacks.
Ingredients
§  1pack of brown or white bread
§  2 boiled potatoes
§  3 onion finely chopped
§  2 tomatoes finely chopped
§  2 eggs
§  3 red or green chilies
§  1 cup of milk
§  5 table spoon tomato sauce
§  2 table spoon saua sauce
§  1 cucumber finely chopped
§  2 table spoon of pepper, red chili powder and salt according to your taste
§  4 table spoon of refined oil
Process
First take three white breads and cut their sides and rinse them in a half cup of water to make a soft pulp of them. Add the two boiled potatoes into it. Add pepper salt and red chilly power into it and mix it properly. Make small dough of this paste and fry them in low heat until it takes brown color. Now your tikia is ready.
To make French fries first you have to take two eggs and mix 5 table spoon of milk in it and stir well, don’t forget to add salt in it. Now take your breads and cut them into triangular slice as shown in the picture and rinse them into the egg and pour two table spoon of refine oil into a pan and fry the breads into the pan until they take brown color. For the sausage deep fry the tomatoes and chopped onions into another pan, add sprinkle of salt, pepper and red chili powder. Now add saua sauce and tomato sauce in it. Fry it well and place the sausage over the French fries.
Garnish the tikia French fries and sausage with cucumber and tomato sauce. Serve this dish hot and fresh.
